About Silver Mountain Software
Silver Mountain Software was founded in 1984 by John Baima. Our first program was Lbase. It was the first DOS program to
display accented Greek and pointed Hebrew. Support for the TLG was added and it could search the TLG about ten times faster than
any other DOS program.
Bible Windows was our first Windows product. It also was the first Windows program to display accented Greek and pointed Hebrew
under Windows. Programs for the TLG and PHI CD-ROMs were added and while they maintained the speed of the Lbase searches, they were much easier
use and added many new features.
